Physical Properties of XLPE Unaged Tensile Strength: No less than 13.79 Mpa. Normal temperature.
Elongation: No less than 150%.
Aged Tensile Strength: No less than 70% of original result. Aging condition 136℃ / 168 hours.
Elongation: No less than 45% of original result.
Flexibility Test Shall not show evidence of cracking.
Heat Shock Test Shall not show evidence of cracking. Test condition 136℃ / 1 hour.
Cold Bend Test Shall not show evidence of cracking. Cold chamber: -10℃ / 4 hours.
VW-1 Flame Test Shall not continue to flame longer than 60 seconds.
